Frequently Asked Questions

This may be because your email address hasn’t received permission to join the online app yet. There are a number of reasons this may happen, with the most likely being there was a simple spelling error in your email when it was sent to us from your team leader. Email steve@whybravo.com or darcy@whybravo.com and we’ll update this for you ASAP.

To update your name, password, or profile picture, click your avatar in the top right of the screen when in game mode.

Depending on the version of The Sales Game you’re playing, you may need to login to two separate programs – one being The Sales Game app and another being The Sales Game arena engine. Both are necessary to play The Sales Game.

Give your Chrome Browser a "Hard Refresh", see "Refreshing the Game" under "Game Essentials"

We suggest using Google Chrome as the most effective browser for any Sales Game experience.
